a new customer of mine, Ainsley, sent me this picture of her girls basketball team wearing shirts that i printed. My desire is that no matter how busy i get or how “big” this business gets, i continue to connect with my customers in this manner. I believe one big part of being a successful business owner is no not just deliver a great product, but to offer a bit of yourself as well in the manner of personal connection.
